Week 33 – Creepy/Cooky – Arista EDU 400

Hope everyone had a happy Halloween! I probably should have mentioned that last week. Titan and I shot this set for Zivity based around a sort of Wednesday Adams vibe. I loved the setup, and the images that came off my digital camera (I'm currently trying to narrow down 82 photos to around 15).

While shooting digital I wanted to make sure to fire off a roll of film as well. Because we were in a hurry, I didn't exactly take my time as much as I should have. But at least I had a few nice shots on the roll. Hopefully it will be sooner than another 6 months before we are able to work together again.

Week 25 – Hada Pixie: Flexible (BTS and Outtakes) – Ilford Delta 100

These images were taken at the same time a friend of mine, and professional model, Hada Pixie and I were working together this weekend. Pixie and I met at an arrange photo shoot event many years ago when I was still new to Atlanta. We exchanged contact information then, but it wasn't until almost 2 years later that we finally shot together for the first time.

Typically when Pixie and I work together it's for a website named Zivity where photographers and models work together to create photosets and ultimately make a little bit of money in the process. I'm not exactly sure when this set will go live (it very well may be by the time this hits the blogs) but be sure to check out some of the work we have done at zivity.com/photographers/UNEXPhotography Please note that anything past that link should be considered NSFW for naked parts. This blog entry on the other hand...should be completely fine.

Week 18b – Brianna – Arista EDU 400

Oh magic hour. What a beautiful thing you are. And yet why don't I use you more?

Granted most of this roll was shot on a time crunch, I hadn't fully explored this area before heading over to shoot with Brianna. But I don't think that I did too bad with what I had to work with. The only thing I would change about this setup is that I was trying to go with more of a silhouette on the photos of her standing with her back to me, but instead I metered "properly" for a correctly exposed image. So I guess worse things could have happened.

All in all I am very happy with how things turned out, and can't wait to work with Bri again.
